Please read the following Terms of Use and related document (“Privacy Policy”) carefully before using CaribbeanCelebs.com (collectively with all its affiliates and subsidiaries “the Web Site”) operated by CaribbeanCelebs. By visiting or by participating in any of the interactive activities offered on any the Web Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

We may, in our sole discretion, modify these Terms of Use without notice to you. Therefore, please continue to review these Terms of Use when using the Web Site. By continuing to access and use the Web Site after the Terms of Use have been modified, you will be deemed to have agreed to such modifications.

 

ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years or older before participating on the site. Unless specified otherwise on the Web Site, you affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into and comply with the Terms of Use.

YOUR SUBMISSIONS AND USER CONDUCT
The Web Site may invite users to communicate with one another via chat areas and bulletin boards and may also enable users to submit materials to be viewed by or shared with other users. Any communication and/or submission(s) (collectively, “Submissions”) made on the Web Site including, but not limited to, any notes, reviews, bulletin board postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts, artwork, photographs and sound and video files will become the property of CaribbeanCelebs and can be used in any manner or form throughout the world without any time or other restrictions. CaribbeanCelebs shall be entitled to edit such Submissions as it sees fit, and it shall have no obligation to use material submitted. You are solely and fully responsible for the content of any of your Submissions to the Web Site. You agree not to upload Submissions that:
(1) Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, torturous, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise violates the Websites rules or policies.
(2) Victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age disability or any other protected status.
(3) Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity or any proprietary right of any other entity; unless you are the copyright owner or have their permission to do so.
(4) Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk of bulk email (also known as “spamming”) chain letters or any other form of unauthorized solicitation r any form of lottery or gambling
(5) Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed for or intend to disrupt, damage or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party
(6) Fraudulently impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of the Web Site.
(7) Is harmful to minors in anyway.

Your Submissions must not be in violation of the guidelines set forth in these Terms of Use. Any such violation shall be a material breach of these Terms of Use. CaribbeanCelebs will remove from the Web Site without prior notice any Submissions that violate any provision of these Terms of Use and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials and/or agencies in the investigation of any violations. In addition, CaribbeanCelebs may immediately and without prior notice terminate the right to access the Web Site of any user who violates these Terms of Use.

You further agree that you will not circumvent our security features, corrupt any content or files on or obtained from the Web Site, interfere with or in any way disrupt our service or servers, or networks connected to our service or servers, or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation or these Terms of Use.

 

DOWNLOADING MATERIAL FROM CARIBBEANCELEBS.COM
The content of this Web Site, including all software, design, text, graphics, artwork, images, photographs, audio clips, video clips and other material including the selection and arrangements thereof, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names (the “Material”) are the property of the Web Site and /or its subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, licensors, the Websites design, hosting, programming and/or the sites advertisers, sponsors and promotional partners and respective owners.

You are permitted to download only those materials specifically available to download from the Web Site for your personal use. Any material available for downloading from the Web Site may not be used for any other purpose other than your personal non-commercial home use. You must not remove any notices or credits on the downloaded materials or delete, add, or otherwise modify the content of any such downloaded materials, unless you have prior written permission from CaribbeanCelebs to do so.

 

INFRINGEMENT AND REGULATORY COMPLAINTS
CaribbeanCelebs is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. It will cooperate with any law enforcement authorities and comply with any judicial order requesting or directing it to disclose the identity of anyone downloading or posting materials, or otherwise using this Web Site in violation of applicable laws. If you believe that your proprietary rights, including copyright, have been infringed by any Content posted by users of the Web Site, please notify CaribbeanCelebs by sending an email to CaribbeanCelebsInfo@gmail.com. If CaribbeanCelebs receives such notice it will promptly respond to, remove, or disable access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of any infringing activity.
When notifying CaribbeanCelebs of any claimed infringement, you must provide the following information:

USER TERMINATION
CaribbeanCelebs reserves the right to terminate this agreement and/or refuse service to you at any time without notice for any reason.
