Largeup.com posted a video on YouTube with Snoop Lion where he talks about his relationship with Bunny Wailer.
This video comes on the heels of a post by TMZ which states that Bunny Wailer considers Snoop Lion a fraud as does an organization called Ethio-Africa Diaspora Union Millennium Council. The organization in their release stated that “smoking weed and loving Bob Marley and reggae music is not what defines the Rastafari Indigenous Culture!”
Snoop says of the legendary singer “if you ain’t real, then he ain’t gonna be around you.”
Snoops goes on to add “That’s my big brother and he needed to hit me with some information that wasoff camera that wasn’t captured. And you kno, it was information that me and him shared that was private, that was special and Imma cherish ..that is some seeds that I know are gonna continue to grow.
The post on Large up does not say when the video was shot, but I suspect it was before this turn of events. One thing I can say, if there is any truthful statement coming out of any party it’s what Snoop said about Bunny Wailer not hanging with you if you not ‘real.’
That’s why some folks in Reggae don’t like him, because he is not two-faced and he is a straight shooter.
I guess it remains to be seen if Snoop will issue a statement directly responding to that 7-page letter and the comment from Bunny Wailer…
When he does, we’ll be sure to let you know.
