Dominican producer/entertainer Carllian “Falcon DaDon” James has put together a compilation mixtape via his Fully Grown Entertainment label, featuring Dominica’s hottest talents. Every Friday starting November 9, a track from the project will be premiered on YouTube. This week’s song is “How We Get Down” featuring Falcon and rising Dominican Hip-Hop act Kayyo.

The songs were produced by Falcon who is a former member of bouyon band Esclav. The group has a reputation of mixing genres and experimentation so the mix of pop and hip-hop that I am hearing so far is no surprise, especially since Falcon was known for rapping and adding flavors of pop music to Esclav’s repertoire.
