Stylist to the stars Misa Hylton-Brim last night launched her Misa Hylton Fashion Academy (MHFA). The 15 year industry veteran, whose roots are Jamaican, was joined by other enterprising celebs like Love & Hip-Hop producer Mona Scott Young, fellow stylist and reality star Emily B, singer and reality star Tamar Braxton, actress Megan Good and lipstick guru Keyshia Ka’oir.
Apart from informing guests about the offerings of her academy, Misa also took time to honor top stylists in the industry like Wouri Vice, Phillip Bloch, Robert Verdi, Mariel Haen, Ty Hunter, Emily B, June Ambrose, and Memsor.
Last week, Misa had on her #proudmommy hat as she attended the first football game of her oldest child Justin Dior Combs.
The UCLA scholarship recipient, wearing jersey #20, did not actually play in the game against Nebraska, as he was red-shirted, but that did not stop proud parents Misa and Diddy from tweeting their super excitement.
Along with posting pics from the stands, she tweeted, “UCLA let’s gooooooo!”
Diddy tweeted, Dreams do come true.My son @jdior_ is actually a UCLA BRUIN!! IM BUGGIN!!!!!!!!! RT TO THE WORLD!!
Justin said, “I used to dream about this when I was younger. Crazy! If you believe with all your soul your dreams will come true I promise you!”
