Entertainer Chris Brown was spotted in Vegas with a new tattoo by L.A. ink artist Peter Koskela … why is this news worthy, you ask? Well to some the face that was etched on his neck has an uncanny resemblance to Rihanna a la 2009 domestic abuse incident.
Reports on some media sources were that Brown said that it was some random woman.
According to KaykiSpeaks.com (and this was confirmed by Brown’s rep Jeff Raymond that the artwork is more likely attributable to the Mexican celebration of “Day of The Dead (Dia De los Muertos).
According to Koskela he did the sugar skull “based on the MAC design” that the “Don’t Judge Me” singer brought to him.

I have to respectfully beg to differ with Kayki’s statement that
It is obvious that this tattoo is only of a battered woman because some people have vowed to make negative EVERYTHING that Chris Brown does, and others just take whatever they’re given.
Chris Brown is not a CHILD. He has enough sense to know that there is a POSSIBILITY, considering his past actions that persons will associate this tattoo with his domestic abuse incident with Rihanna. If he did not want the outpouring of negative comments that met this act then he simply should not have out that one his body. Simple.
There is this thing called TACT, that it seems many celebs want to conveniently forget when doing so gets them whatever they desire, but when the response is negative here comes the “oh it’s my right to free speech” argument.
