Though folks watching on TV did not see, Rihanna and Chris Brown’s hug and kiss at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards was caught on cameras inside the Staples Center in L.A.
Before you even start, it was just a friendly hey, hello (based on what we see). She also greeted Chris’ manager Bu Thiam (Akon’s brother) who was seated next to Chris. Bu is also the VP of A&R for Def Jam which is also Rihanna’s label, so we can’t be mad at her for being polite.

The bajan popstar, who sported a cute pixie cut at the award show, opened the event with a performance of her “Cockiness” remix featuring A$AP Rocky. Seems’ Chris wasn’t the only one feeling those crimson red lips on Thursday night.
