So check this out. Two Jamaican deejays make a song about strippers AKA go-go dancers , the shoot the video in a strip club with professional strippers (*no way!!*) and people are mad. Why for???
The video has already been flagged by YouTube and even removed from Leftside’s page. Some comments were negative of course. This one pretty much sums them up:
“i am literally lost for words. Had konshens on my list of good music and one of the best dancehall artistes till this. I cant even comprehend that girl who skin out her pum pum for the camera. They just show us why men will not respect woman when they dont even respect themselves or their body.”
However, a good amount were either nonchalant to positive. One viewer stated:
“its funny females really say these are hoes or whatever but look ya doin the same thing when ya favorite tune drop in the club just with clothes on … these woman work hard and to keep dem body right n entertain..”
Leftside and Konshens both stand by their song and their response is basically if you don’t like it then don’t watch or listen. Konshens posted the following on Twitter yesterday:

What do you guys think??? Are the detractors being hypocrites here or should there be genuine concern about the content that popular acts put out to public access?
Sound off.
