After having missed Reggae Sumfest last year due to throat surgery and almost missing it again this year after complications from surgery arose, not to mention the incident 12 years ago where he dropped his pants on stage which pissed off a lot of Jamaicans, you would think that R. Kelly would step his A-game up and be on his best behavior,right?
Wrong.
R Kelly was greeted upon his arrival in Montego Bay by Summerfest Productions director of transportation Howard Deers
He lands in Montego Bay, goes to his hotel, spent the day drinking on the beach (according to him anyways) and then heads straight to Catherine Hall Complex to entertain his waiting fans. And they were not just waiting from last year. He was almost an hour late. He sang all his hits which temporarily erased patrons anger over his tardiness.
He immediately left the island without giving any interviews.

Now Kells missed a performance on Jimmy Fallon last month when he was rushed to his Chicago doctor after falling ill. He made an appearance on the show this week and performed “Feelin’ Single” – the latest single from his ‘Write Me Back’ LP.
