“Even in this Dance Again…the Hits and the single ‘Dance Again’ was very much how I was feeling at that moment. It was a song that Enrique [Iglesias] wrote for himself and the chorus to me, ‘I want to dance and love and dance again,’ at that time in my life when I had just gone through a breakup of a family, not just a relationship, it was [me asking]: To dance again? Or to love again? Or to do anything again felt like ‘wow.’

“But that’s what I wanted,” she added. “I wanted to do that. And so that song, I begged Enrique, ‘You have to let me change a couple of words in the verses to make it my own,’ and he was like, ‘Yeah, it’s your song.’ I went and I did it. When you see the reaction from the crowd when I perform it, it’s like, it’s mind-blowing.”
