The Gully Gaad is undoubtedly an international artist, having signed with DJ Khaled’s We The Best Music, which is now under Cash Money Recors label- home to music powerhouses such as Drake, Busta Rhymes and NIcki Minaj. So it’s highly likely that if he’s in studio with producers Pharell Williams and Chad Hugo (The Neptunes, also known as artists N.E.R.D), he’s probably making some hit music.
The duo have produced hits for artists including Snoop Dogg (“Beautiful”), Britney Spears (“I’m A Slave 4 U”), Kelis (“Milkshake”),Jay-Z (“I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)”) and Mystikal (“Shake Ya Ass”) to name a few.
Mavado himself has been working on an upcoming mixtape as well as his third studio album which is slated for release later this year. His first release was 2007′s Gangsta For Life: The Symphony of David Brooks, followed two years later by Mr. Brooks: A Better Tomorrow.
Since joining We The Best Music Group last summer, Mavado has collaborated with several international acts such as Akon (“Survivor”), Ace Hood (“Emergency”), Olivia (“Soldier girl”), Wyclef Jean & Cris Cab (“Rihanna’s Gun”) of course he still drops tracks on the latest riddims out of Jamaica too.

Now you see that question mark… hmm..It could mean, yes he bought it and he’s just teasing… or it could mean that after his visit to Pharell he struck a pose next to the producer’s car and decided to tease us same way..
