Rihanna is Bank back in Barbados where she and family laid her grandmother Dolly in her final resting place today. She seemed rather sad and drained in an instagram pic she posted holding what looks like a bottle of the local Banks beer. She captioned the pic “I had to!! Sorry Granny”
Earlier in the day she attended the funeral for her ‘GranGran Dolly” Clara Brathwaite at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in St. Michael. According to the Barbados Nation, “The service was also attended by the top brass of the Barbados Tourism Authority, including Minister of Tourism Richard Sealy, chairman Adrian Elcock and president David Rice.”
Rihanna’s grandmother who lived in Brooklyn died from cancer last week. The singer who spent quality time with her before her passing attended a memorial service for her in Brooklyn as well.
Meanwhile, the artist, who just returned from performing at the Barclaycard Festival in Hyde Park London, will next month premiere her fashion reality show “Styled To Rock” on Sky TV. check out the preview below.
