Thank goodness Simon brought back the Sunrise Florida resident (originally from the USVI) to the show. With her rendition of “Man in the Mirror” on yesterdays’s show, Simon said Melanie was “bloody fantastic!” #pow.
L.A was not as thrilled. He considered her predictably strong but not very inventive. Nicole and Paula both gave her positive remarks, with Paula even saying that Michael Jackson would be proud!
She was nursing a sore throat during rehearsal but came out and did her thing like a true champ. Mi rate yuh Melanie. Gwaan wit yuh bad self!
